RAIPUR (SCERT/KITE) :I am(MUKESH KUMAR) talking about ELTI training which is going on one month course in KITE RAIPUR. Will discuss about the important session held on 12/12/2022.
The session was started on 12th December 2022 by Mr.Shesh Shubh Vaishnav Sir in which all the participants gave their feedback of the previous day in turn.The important points of the session were highlighted by the participants in this feedback which is definitely beneficial for all the participants. Which is an important part of the session.
After the feedback session, the chief guest of the session was Honorable Dr. K. Venkat Reddy, The English & Foreign Language University, English Language Education Faculty Member Hyderabad, who was the center of the main attraction of today's session.
In the beginning of the session, Mr. Reddy Sir was welcomed by giving a bouquet by Mrs. Jolly Johns Madam, Mrs. Jessie Kurien, the coordinator of the training session And Mr. Reddy Sir was heartily Welcomed by clapping by all the participants and the welcome address was done by Mrs. Kurian Madam.
The program of this reception was conducted
by Mr. Shesh Shubh Vaishnav Sir. SCERT Faculty Member Mrs. Asmita Mishra was also present on this wonderful occasion.
The session was started in a very entertaining way by Dr.Reddy Sir, in which he explained all the differences about the conference, workshop, And lecture answering questions from the participants in between, Dr. Reddy Sir made the whole atmosphere English in everything.
After that, keeping his point, he clarified the difference between English speaker & English teacher, emphasizing on ABLL i.e. Activity Based Language Learning.
After this, while talking on the language function, he first attracted the attention of all the participants on Greeting & Introduction, in which how greeting is done, how introduction is given.An activity based on this was also done with the participants. Which was very Knowledgeble.
In this session, Dr. Reddy sir shared his point of view on total 22 functions. Now you will know what those important points were On which he also asked to do an activity based on the book of class I and II. You can understand the language functions which are very important from the following points.

Thus Sir What do we do with Language? Shared a brief introduction on this. Dr. Reddy sir has also given a homework. What is the difference between English as a subject and English as a language? This session was very important for all the participants. Thus the entire session of 12th December came to an end.
